ORDER PROCESS INFORMATION
Van lining involves installing protective panels inside a commercial vehicle to protect the interior from damage, wear, and tear. It helps prolong the life of your vehicle, keeps cargo secure, and can even improve resale value by maintaining the van’s condition.
We use high-quality materials such as WBP-grade laminated plywood for floors and polypropylene panels for walls. These materials offer excellent durability, moisture resistance, and impact protection, ensuring your van can handle heavy-duty use.
Installation times vary depending on the size of the van and the level of customization required. If you need us to do the installation for you, we need 2-3 days to allow enough time for QC, and for silicon to dry.
Yes, certain van lining materials can provide insulation benefits, helping regulate temperature inside the van. This is especially useful for businesses transporting temperature-sensitive goods.
Van lining is designed to be low maintenance. Materials like polypropylene are easy to clean and resistant to moisture, dirt, and chemicals, making upkeep simple and hassle-free.
We don’t offer customization right now.
Costs vary depending on the materials used, the size of the van, and any custom features required. We provide tailored quotes based on your vehicle’s specific needs and the scope of the installation.
While DIY kits are available, professional installation ensures a perfect fit and long-lasting results. Our experienced team guarantees that the lining is installed correctly, providing maximum protection for your vehicle.
Yes, van lining can be removed or replaced if needed. If you upgrade your vehicle or require a new lining, our team can assist with replacing or modifying your existing setup.
We apply silicon under the floorboard, usually at the center, left and right, running front to back. This will help to secure the floorboard to the van floor and prevent/reduce noise. If your van has a access service panel, it will also have silicon under. The amount of silicon used would still allow you to pull the floor board up at a later stage if needed.
If you do not want silicon to be used due to reasons such as you need to soundproof the flooring first, please let us know beforehand.
