Free Van Flooring Supplied and Installed – Available in Auburn, Sydney, NSW. We are offering free van flooring installation using 12mm WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) birch plywood for this specific van model, as it is not yet included in our design library. This is a limited-time opportunity to receive premium-quality flooring at no cost while helping us expand our range of templates. Our flooring features a birch core for excellent durability and resistance to warping, laminated on both sides, and topped with a 1mm high-pressure laminate (HPL). This creates a non-slip, water-resistant surface engineered to endure the demands of commercial and heavy-duty use. To finish, we use H extrusions between panels and U caps in high-footfall zones for a secure, professional fit. How the Offer Works:  

1. 1. Eligibility: This offer is available to customers—primarily in the Sydney metro area—who can leave their van at our Auburn workshop for 3 days so we can 3D scan it for product development.  
   2. Need a Vehicle While We Scan? We can provide our Toyota HiAce 1.5T SLWB 2007 van during this time to support your business operations. Conditions apply:  
      1. External body condition will be documented via photos/videos. You’ll be responsible for any new damage during your use.  
      2. You will cover all fuel and toll costs, with the starting fuel level recorded. 
   3. Van Return After the 3-day scan, we’ll notify you when you can collect your van.
   4. Our design engineer will complete the flooring template within 7 days of the scan. You’ll then be asked to return your van for installation (1–3 days). If you prefer to install it yourself, we’ll still require the van to test the product to fit. Once confirmed, we’ll provide your free flooring kit.
   5. Final Collection If we’re handling installation, you’ll be contacted within 1–3 days to collect your van once the process is complete.

Product Quality:

Our flooring features high-performance laminated birch plywood, designed for durability and safety. The plywood is WBP-grade, providing high moisture and water resistance for long-lasting use. Birch is a dense, hardwood with minimal gaps between veneers, ensuring strength and resilience.

For extra protection, the plywood is laminated on both sides. The top surface has a 1mm thick HPL black laminate with a honeycomb pattern, which improves slip resistance. However, while it prevents foot slippage, it doesn’t fully prevent boxes or crates from sliding during transit, so securing cargo is advised. The underside is laminated with 0.35mm black PVC, offering additional durability.

Flooring and Paneling Solutions:

We use H-shaped extrusions to securely join the CNC-cut plywood components, creating a seamless, durable floor. The design accommodates anchor points and mechanical service points/doors if applicable. To protect high-wear areas like steps and rear edges, U-shaped extrusions are used, preventing chipping and wear.

For wall and roof paneling, we’ve chosen 7mm polypropylene plastic panels with a honeycomb core. This design provides impact resistance and flexibility for curved walls and ceilings. Available in black, these panels give a sleek, uniform finish.

Ordering & Installation:

We offer flexible ordering options, allowing you to select only the components you need, such as wall protection for specific areas. All products are shipped flat-packed with clear DIY installation instructions. If preferred, we also offer professional installation services at our Auburn location in Sydney (additional charges apply).

For flooring, silicone adhesive is required to prevent movement. Wall and ceiling panels can be secured with silicone or rivets if necessary. All panels come with pre-drilled 5mm holes for easy installation.

For customers who regularly transport heavy or bulky items, full coverage provides maximum protection and durability. For lighter use, select options like lower wall panels for effective protection of high-impact areas. This modular approach lets you customize the level of protection based on your specific requirements.
