All Sydney Van Lining products come with a 5-year limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Sydney Van Lining is commited to the quality and reliability of its products. We offer a warranty that covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any defective parts, free of charge for both labor and materials. Upon receiving the product, we will address any defects and return the repaired or replaced item to you within a reasonable timeframe.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or repairs carried out by anyone other than Sydney Van Lining.

Sydney Van Lining assumes no liability for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, revenue, or profit, or for any costs associated with the removal, installation, or reinstallation of products, arising from the use or performance of any Sydney Van Lining product.

General wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

Damage resulting from improper handling, impact, or transport (e.g. dents, cracks, scratches)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sydney Van Lining liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the supplied product itself.
