Birch plywood is a dense hardwood with minimal internal voids, ensuring exceptional strength and resilience under heavy use.

For enhanced protection, each board is laminated on both sides:

• Top Surface: 1mm HPL black laminate with honeycomb anti-slip texture to improve grip
• Underside: 0.35mm black PVC laminate for additional durability and moisture resistance

While the anti-slip surface reduces foot slippage, cargo may still move during transport, so securing loads is recommended.

Flooring & Paneling Solutions

Our CNC-cut floor panels are connected using H-shaped aluminium extrusions, creating a strong, seamless surface while allowing access to anchor points and service areas where required.

To protect high-wear zones such as entry steps and rear edges, U-shaped edge trims are installed to prevent chipping and extend the lifespan of the flooring.

For wall and roof protection, we use 7mm polypropylene plastic panels with a honeycomb core, offering:

Ordering & Installation

All products are supplied flat-packed with clear DIY installation instructions.

• Wall and ceiling panels can be installed using silicone or rivets
• All panels come with pre-drilled 5mm holes for easy fitting
