Thank you for choosing Sydney Van Lining. We offer two customer benefit programs: the Online Reward Points Program and the Referral Program.

The Online Reward Points Program is mainly for customers who place orders through our website.

The Referral Program is mainly for customers who have ordered directly, offline, or through our team, and want to refer or recommend Sydney Van Lining to others.

Sydney Van Lining Online Reward Points Program

Our Online Reward Points Program allows registered customers to earn points through eligible online activities. Reward points are mainly used for online orders completed through the Sydney Van Lining website checkout.

How Much Can You Save with Reward Points?

Every 1,000 reward points can be redeemed for $2.

Reward points can be used immediately after they are earned.

Reward points expire 12 months after they are issued.

Reward points can only be used for online orders completed through our website checkout.

At checkout, you will be shown the total number of reward points available to use for your current purchase.

There is no limit on how many eligible reward points you can apply to an online order.

How to Earn Online Reward Points

1. Earn Points When You Purchase Online

When you place an order through our website, you will receive reward points based on your order value.

You will earn reward points equal to the dollar amount of your order. After your order is completed, we will also apply 5,000 bonus reward points to your account, which is equivalent to $10.

2. Earn Points by Leaving Product Reviews

After purchasing a product, you can earn 1,000 reward points for each eligible product review you leave.

3. Earn Points by Referring Someone to Sydney Van Lining

You and your friend can both receive 5,000 reward points after your friend uses your referral link to register an account.

4. Earn Points by Completing Your Profile

Complete your account profile after registration to receive 5,000 reward points.

5. Earn Birthday Reward Points

Receive 10,000 reward points on your birthday, provided that your birthday has been added to your account profile.

Sydney Van Lining Referral Program

Our Referral Program is designed to thank customers who introduce new customers to Sydney Van Lining or help share their experience with our products and services.

Referral Cashback Program

When you refer a friend, family member, colleague, or another business customer to Sydney Van Lining, you may be eligible to receive a $50 cashback reward.

Your referred customer will also receive a $50 discount on their eligible order.

How the Referral Cashback Program Works

You will receive a $50 cashback reward when you refer a new customer to Sydney Van Lining, the referred customer places an order for Sydney Van Lining products or services, and the referred customer’s eligible order amount exceeds $500.

Once the order is finalised and the referral has been validated, we will contact you for your bank details and confirm when the cashback payment will be processed in our next pay run.

What Your Friend Needs to Provide

To validate the referral, your friend must provide your full name when placing their order and before making payment.

Please make sure the name provided matches the name shown on your Sydney Van Lining purchase invoice or receipt.

Discount for the Referred Customer

The referred customer will receive a $50 discount on their eligible order.

If the referred customer places an online order, a discount code will be issued so the $50 discount can be applied during checkout.

If the referred customer places an order directly with us, we will confirm the discount before payment is made.

Earn Referral Rewards by Sharing on Social Media

Customers can earn $25 each time they post photos or videos of Sydney Van Lining products on social media and tag us.

This reward is capped at $100 per month.

To claim this reward, please contact us through our social media account or email us with screenshots as proof.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

You can refer multiple customers and earn a $50 cashback reward for each eligible new order that is finalised.

The referred customer’s order must exceed $500 to qualify for the referral discount and cashback reward.

Each set of van lining products or installation services can only qualify for one $50 referral discount.

For example, if your friend places an $800 order for wall paneling products and also places a separate $500 order for installation for the same van, the $50 referral discount can only be applied once.

If your friend places orders for products or services related to more than one van, then each eligible van-related order may qualify for a separate $50 discount.

Referral cashback will only be processed after the referred customer’s eligible order has been finalised.

Sydney Van Lining may contact the referring customer to confirm bank details before processing the cashback payment.

This offer is valid until 31 December 2026.
