Peugeot Expert LWB Van Flooring and Wall Panels

Choose from flooring, wall panels upper row, wall panels lower row and rear door panels, or combine all available components to create a more complete interior lining package. Each component is precision-cut for the Peugeot Expert LWB, helping to reduce installation time and minimise the need for adjustments.

1. Flooring

Our flooring is manufactured from 12.5mm WBP-grade laminated birch plywood, selected for its strength, dimensional stability and resistance to moisture.

The plywood is laminated on both sides and features a durable high-pressure laminate surface. This creates a hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy-to-clean cargo floor suitable for regular commercial use. The textured surface also provides improved grip when loading tools, equipment and cargo.

The strong birch plywood core helps resist warping and deterioration, making the flooring suitable for tradies, couriers, mobile technicians and other businesses that rely on their vans every day.

2. Wall and Rear Door Panels

The lower wall panels, upper wall panels and rear door panels are all manufactured from 7mm polypropylene flight panel sheets. This durable material provides excellent impact and abrasion resistance while adding minimal weight to the vehicle.

The lower panels protect the areas most exposed to knocks, scratches and loading damage, while the upper panels provide additional coverage for vans carrying tall equipment or bulky cargo. The rear door panels help protect one of the most frequently accessed areas of the van and create a consistent, professional finish throughout the cargo space.

The polypropylene surface is moisture-resistant, easy to wipe clean and suitable for demanding commercial environments. Wall and rear door panels can be selected individually or combined for more comprehensive interior protection. Please confirm your rear door and window configuration before ordering.

For lighter-duty use, flooring or lower wall panels may provide sufficient protection for the highest-contact areas.
