Product Quality

Our flooring features high-performance laminated birch plywood, designed for durability and safety. The plywood is WBP-grade (Weather and Boil Proof), providing excellent moisture and water resistance for long-lasting use. Birch is a dense hardwood with minimal gaps between veneers, delivering outstanding strength, stability, and resilience for commercial applications.

For added protection, the plywood is laminated on both sides. The top surface features a 1mm HPL black honeycomb-pattern laminate, enhancing slip resistance and providing a professional appearance. While this textured finish helps reduce foot slippage, cargo should still be properly secured during transit. The underside is finished with 0.35mm black PVC laminate for additional durability and moisture protection.

Flooring and Paneling Solutions

Our flooring is precision CNC-cut specifically for the Renault Master X62 L1H1, ensuring an accurate fit. H-shaped extrusions are used to securely join floor sections, creating a strong and seamless surface. The flooring design accommodates factory anchor points and service access panels where applicable.

To protect high-wear areas such as rear entry points and door thresholds, U-shaped extrusions are fitted to exposed edges, helping prevent chipping, wear, and impact damage.

For wall protection, we use 7mm polypropylene plastic panels with a honeycomb core, offering an ideal combination of strength, impact resistance, and flexibility. Available in black, they create a clean, professional finish throughout the cargo area.

Ordering & Installation

All products are supplied flat-packed with clear DIY installation instructions. Professional installation is also available at our Auburn, Sydney workshop (additional charges apply).

For flooring installation, silicone adhesive is recommended to prevent movement and vibration. Wall panels can be secured using silicone adhesive or rivets where required. All panels are supplied with pre-drilled 5mm fixing holes for straightforward installation.

Customers carrying heavy tools, equipment, or freight may benefit from full wall coverage for maximum protection. For lighter commercial use, lower wall panels offer an economical solution while protecting the most vulnerable impact areas.
