Kia PV5 Cargo LWB Van Flooring and Wall Panels

Kia PV5 Van Flooring

The floor is manufactured from approximately 12.5mm WBP-grade laminated birch plywood, providing a strong and stable surface for tools, equipment, parcels and everyday commercial cargo.

Its black honeycomb-pattern laminate is durable, easy to clean and helps protect the original metal floor from scratches, dirt, moisture and general loading wear. Aluminium joining and edge profiles create a neat finish while protecting exposed flooring edges around the side and rear entrances.

The floor is precision-cut around the Kia PV5 cargo-area contours, wheel arches, tie-down points and service access areas where applicable.

Kia PV5 Wall and Rear-Door Panels

The wall and rear-door panels are manufactured from lightweight 7mm polypropylene honeycomb sheet. Polypropylene is one of the best van lining materials for wall protection because it is moisture resistant, easy to clean and suitable for protecting the vehicle from scratches and minor impact.

Customers can select the individual sections required, including upper wall panels, lower wall panels and rear-door panels for solid or glazed door configurations.

Van flooring alone provides practical cargo-floor protection, while adding wall and rear-door panels offers more complete van interior lining for vehicles carrying tools, machinery or bulky commercial loads.

DIY Kit or Professional Installation

The components are available as a model-specific DIY kit or with professional installation at our workshop in Auburn, Sydney.

For installation orders, the cargo area must be empty and free from loose equipment. Our team will contact you after receiving the order to confirm vehicle compatibility and arrange a suitable drop-off time.
