Product Quality:
Our flooring features premium 12.7mm laminated birch plywood, engineered for durability, safety, and long-term performance in commercial environments. The plywood is WBP-grade (Weather & Boil Proof), providing excellent resistance to moisture and water while maintaining its structural integrity. Birch is a dense hardwood with minimal voids between veneers, offering superior strength and reliability. For enhanced protection, the plywood is laminated on both sides. The top surface features a 1mm HPL black honeycomb-pattern laminate that improves slip resistance and provides a professional finish. The underside is laminated with 0.35mm black PVC for additional moisture protection and durability.
Flooring and Panelling Solutions:
Our CNC-cut flooring components are precision-manufactured to suit the vehicle and are joined using H-shaped extrusions to create a seamless, durable floor surface. Where required, the design accommodates anchor points and service access locations. High-wear areas such as side entries and rear loading zones are protected with U-shaped edge trims to minimise chipping and wear. For wall and ceiling protection, we use durable 7mm polypropylene honeycomb panels. These lightweight yet impact-resistant panels offer excellent flexibility for curved surfaces while helping protect the vehicle’s interior from scratches, dents, and everyday damage. Finished in black, they provide a clean and professional appearance.
Ordering & Installation:
We offer flexible purchasing options, allowing you to select only the components you require, whether that’s flooring, wall protection, ceiling panels, or a complete lining package. All products are supplied flat-packed with clear DIY installation instructions. Professional installation services are also available at our Auburn workshop in Sydney (additional charges apply). For flooring installation, silicone adhesive is recommended to prevent movement. Wall and ceiling panels can be secured using silicone adhesive, factory fixings, or rivets where required. Panels are supplied with pre-drilled mounting holes for easier installation. For customers regularly transporting heavy tools, equipment, or cargo, full coverage offers maximum protection and durability. For lighter-duty applications, partial coverage options can provide effective protection in key impact areas while reducing costs.
