Birch is a dense hardwood with minimal gaps between veneers, delivering superior strength and resilience. For extra protection, the plywood is laminated on both sides. The top surface features a 1mm thick HPL black laminate with a honeycomb pattern that improves slip resistance. While it helps prevent foot slippage, cargo should still be properly secured during transit. The underside is laminated with 0.35mm black PVC, providing additional durability and protection. Flooring and Paneling Solutions: We use H-shaped extrusions to securely join the CNC-cut plywood components, creating a seamless and durable floor system. The design accommodates anchor points and mechanical service access points where applicable. High-wear areas such as entry steps and rear edges are protected with U-shaped extrusions to minimize chipping and wear. For wall and roof protection, we use 7mm polypropylene honeycomb panels that combine impact resistance with flexibility, making them ideal for the Farizon V7e’s interior contours. Available in black, these panels deliver a clean, professional finish while protecting against dents, scratches, and daily commercial use. Ordering & Installation: Choose only the components you need, from flooring to selected wall protection areas or full interior coverage. All products are supplied flat-packed with clear DIY installation instructions. Professional installation is also available at our Auburn workshop in Sydney (additional charges apply). Flooring requires silicone adhesive to prevent movement. Wall and ceiling panels can be secured using silicone or rivets if required. All panels are supplied with pre-drilled 5mm holes for straightforward installation.
