Farizon SV LWB High Roof Van Flooring and Full Wall Lining

Farizon SV LWB High Roof van flooring

Farizon SV LWB High Roof van flooring and full wall lining help protect the cargo area from everyday loading and transport wear. Sydney Van Lining recently completed this installation for Hands & Feet, an organization providing food assistance and disability support services.

Sydney Van Lining recently completed a flooring and full wall lining installation for the Farizon SV Long Wheelbase High Roof variant. This project combines WBP-grade laminated birch plywood flooring with 7 mm polypropylene wall panels to protect the main working surfaces of the cargo area.

The Farizon SV range includes SWB Low Roof, LWB Low Roof, and LWB High Roof configurations. This project focuses on the LWB High Roof, so customers should match both wheelbase and roof height when selecting flooring and wall lining components.

Farizon SV LWB High Roof Van Flooring Materials

For this Farizon SV LWB High Roof van flooring project, the cargo floor was fitted with WBP-grade laminated birch plywood to provide a durable working surface over the original vehicle floor.

Our 12.5 mm laminated birch plywood features a black honeycomb-patterned high-pressure laminate surface. The textured finish provides grip underfoot, while the laminated face helps resist everyday surface wear.

When selecting a flooring package, confirm the panel thickness and complete installed floor height. These measurements matter when checking equipment clearances, loading thresholds and the transition from the side-door step onto the floor.

Owners regularly using trolleys or wheeled equipment should also discuss wheel size and loading methods before ordering. Narrow wheels and concentrated contact points place different demands on the surface from broad-based cartons.

Full Wall Coverage for a High-Roof Cargo Area

Taller cartons and equipment can contact surfaces above the lower wall panels. Extending protection across the upper and lower wall sections therefore provides useful coverage in a high-roof van.

The wall lining uses 7 mm polypropylene honeycomb panels, constructed from polypropylene outer sheets around a honeycomb core. This material combines lightweight construction with a practical protective surface for commercial interiors.

Our 7 mm polypropylene plastic flight panel sheets provide a barrier between cargo and the covered vehicle surfaces. Their flexibility also makes them suitable for the contours encountered inside vans.

When choosing wall coverage, consider the height and position of your normal loads. Areas beside frequently handled equipment or stacked cartons may receive repeated rubbing during loading and transport.

Protective Panels Around the Rear-Door Windows

The completed installation also includes shaped protective panels on the upper and lower sections of both rear doors.

The glass windows remain uncovered, and the panels leave the handles and operating hardware exposed. This arrangement extends protection across the covered door surfaces while retaining the original window openings.

The rear-door photographs show the panel contours and fixing positions, helping customers understand which areas are lined and which original vehicle features remain visible.

Fitting Around Wheel Arches and Loading Openings

Farizon SV LWB High Roof van flooring needs to follow the vehicle’s wheel arches, loading entrances and required access points. Wall panels must likewise suit the roof height, body contours and window configuration.

Aluminium joining strips connect the flooring sections, while the loading-edge details finish the areas where goods enter and leave the van. These transitions deserve attention when assessing how the floor will suit your daily routine.

Before ordering, confirm the vehicle’s wheelbase, roof height, sliding-door arrangement and window configuration. Explore our Farizon SV LWB High Roof flooring and wall lining options to identify the relevant components.

Everyday Loading and Care

Protective lining works alongside suitable cargo restraints. The textured floor and wall panels do not replace the vehicle’s designated anchorage points or the need to secure tools, equipment and goods.

To maintain the finished surfaces, remove loose grit, wipe up spills promptly and follow the cleaning instructions for the supplied materials. Check loading edges, panel joins and fittings during routine cleaning, and have any damage or movement assessed.
