Renault Masters SWB Low Roof Wall Paneling Project for Stage Light – Commercial Van Protection
See how Sydney Van Lining installed durable polypropylene wall panels in a Renault Masters SWB Low Roof for Stage Light.
Sydney Van Lining regularly works with businesses that need practical protection for their cargo vans. A recent project involved a Renault Masters SWB Low Roof Wall Paneling. The van belongs to Stage Light, a Sydney-based company. Stage Light provides lighting and audio equipment for major events, corporate functions, and theatrical productions.
The customer needed a targeted solution. They wanted to protect the van interior from the daily demands of transporting valuable and fragile lighting gear. For this build, Stage Light chose to install only the wall panels. They left the existing floor system untouched.
This was a smart move. By adding commercial van lining only to the walls, Stage Light gave the van’s factory interior a strong layer of protection. Those Polypropylene Panels stop scratches, dents, and impact damage before they happen. And let’s be honest – those issues are common when you’re loading and securing heavy staging gear day after day. The end result is a cargo area that looks clean and professional.
For this project, we used durable van interior panels made from 7mm Polypropylene Flight Panel Sheet. These polypropylene van wall panels are a top choice for logistics forwarders and fleet managers. Why? They offer a strong balance of strength and light weight. The sheets resist impacts. They are simple to wipe clean after dusty load-ins or load-outs. And they do not add unnecessary bulk to the vehicle. The photo below shows the difference before and after the wall paneling was installed.
We custom-fitted the panels for the Renault’s unique dimensions. This included the van wall panels for the upper row and lower row.
We also installed the wall paneling for the rear door. And we left the rear glass window untouched. This maintains visibility through the rear while protecting the door structure.

For other commercial vehicles, we also offer full van flooring solutions. These use WBP-Grade Plywood with H-extrusion. That creates a seamless, water-resistant load floor. However, for this specific Renault Masters SWB Low Roof, the targeted wall paneling alone delivers a high level of cargo van protection. It costs a fraction of a full fit-out.
This project shows that heavy-duty van lining does not always require a full interior strip-out. By focusing on the most at-risk areas with the best van lining materials, businesses can extend the life and resale value of their fleet vehicles. Whether you run a single cargo van or manage a large fleet, Sydney Van Lining provides tailored solutions to match your budget and operational needs.
