Product Quality:

Our flooring features high-performance laminated birch plywood, designed for durability and safety. The plywood is WBP-grade, providing high moisture and water resistance for long-lasting use. Birch is a dense, hardwood with minimal gaps between veneers, ensuring strength and resilience.

For extra protection, the plywood is laminated on both sides. The top surface has a 1mm thick HPL black laminate with a honeycomb pattern, which improves slip resistance. However, while it prevents foot slippage, it doesn’t fully prevent boxes or crates from sliding during transit, so securing cargo is advised. The underside is laminated with 0.35mm black PVC, offering additional durability.

Flooring and Panelling Solutions:

We use H-shaped extrusions to securely join the CNC-cut plywood components, creating a seamless, durable floor. The design accommodates anchor points and mechanical service points/doors if applicable. To protect high-wear areas like steps and rear edges, U-shaped extrusions are used, preventing chipping and wear.

For wall and roof panelling, we’ve chosen 7mm polypropylene plastic panels with a honeycomb core. This design provides impact resistance and flexibility for curved walls and ceilings. Available in black, these panels give a sleek, uniform finish.

Ordering & Installation:

We offer flexible ordering options, allowing you to select only the components you need, such as wall protection for specific areas. All products are shipped flat-packed with clear DIY installation instructions. If preferred, we also offer professional installation services at our Auburn location in Sydney (additional charges apply).

For flooring, silicone adhesive is required to prevent movement. Wall and ceiling panels can be secured with silicone or rivets if necessary. All panels come with pre-drilled 5mm holes for easy installation.

For customers who regularly transport heavy or bulky items, full coverage provides maximum protection and durability. For lighter use, select options like lower wall panels for effective protection of high-impact areas. This modular approach lets you customize the level of protection based on your specific requirements.
