How It Works

Step 1: 3D Vehicle Scanning

Bring your van to our Auburn workshop for a full 3D scan. This allows us to create a precise template for your flooring and panels.

• Scanning takes approximately 1–2 days.
• Your van will be returned once the scan is completed.

Step 2: Installation

Around one week later, return for the installation of your custom-made flooring and paneling system.

Eligibility

Before booking, please confirm your vehicle matches the following:

• Model: Peugeot Partner SWB
• Year: 2008–2018
• Configuration: Single sliding door on the passenger side

Flooring Specification

Our flooring is manufactured from WBP-grade laminated birch plywood, chosen for its strength, durability, and moisture resistance.

Features include:

• High-density birch plywood construction
• Double-sided laminated finish
• 1mm HPL black honeycomb anti-slip surface
• 0.35mm black PVC backing for added protection
• CNC-cut for a precise fit

The anti-slip surface improves footing inside the van. However, cargo should still be secured during transport.

Wall & Window Paneling

Our wall and roof panels are made from 7mm polypropylene honeycomb board.

Benefits include:

• Lightweight and durable
• Impact-resistant
• Flexible enough for curved surfaces
• Black finish for a clean, professional appearance

Installation System

The flooring system uses:

• H-section extrusions to connect floor panels securely
• U-section edge trims to protect high-wear areas such as rear door openings and step sections
• Cut-outs for factory anchor points and service access points where applicable

You can purchase:

• Flooring only
• Wall panels only
• Roof panels only
• A complete flooring and panel package

This allows you to choose the level of protection that suits your work requirements.

DIY or Professional Installation

All products are supplied flat-packed with installation instructions.

For installation:

• Flooring should be fixed using silicone adhesive to prevent movement.
• Wall and roof panels can be fitted using silicone adhesive or rivets if required.
• Panels are supplied with pre-drilled 5mm fixing holes.

Professional installation is also available at our Auburn, Sydney workshop for an additional charge.
