Product Quality: Our flooring is manufactured from high-performance laminated birch plywood, engineered for durability and safety in commercial environments. The plywood is WBP-grade (Weather and Boil Proof), providing excellent moisture and water resistance for long-term reliability. Birch plywood is a dense hardwood material with minimal voids between veneers, delivering exceptional strength and stability. For enhanced durability, the plywood is laminated on both sides. The top surface features a 1mm HPL black laminate with a honeycomb pattern that improves slip resistance and withstands daily wear. The underside is protected with a 0.35mm black PVC laminate for additional durability and moisture protection. 

Flooring and Panelling Solutions: Our flooring system uses H-shaped extrusions to securely join CNC-cut plywood sections, creating a seamless and robust cargo floor. The design incorporates access to factory anchor points and service access panels where applicable. High-wear areas, including entry steps and rear edges, are protected with U-shaped extrusions to minimise chipping and edge damage. For wall and roof protection, we use 7mm polypropylene honeycomb panels. These lightweight yet durable panels provide excellent impact resistance while remaining flexible enough to follow the contours of the vehicle interior. Finished in black, they create a clean, professional appearance throughout the cargo area. 

Ordering & Installation: Our modular system allows you to order only the protection components required for your vehicle, whether that is flooring, lower wall protection, full wall lining, or complete interior coverage. Products are supplied flat-packed with detailed DIY installation instructions. Professional installation is also available at our Auburn workshop in Sydney (additional charges apply). Flooring should be installed using silicone adhesive to prevent movement during operation. Wall and ceiling panels can be secured using silicone adhesive or rivets where required. All panels are supplied with pre-drilled 5mm holes for convenient installation.
