Product Quality
Our Fiat Ducato flooring is manufactured from high‑performance laminated birch plywood, engineered for durability, safety, and long‑term commercial use. The plywood is weather and boil‑proof (WBP) grade, offering excellent resistance to moisture and water exposure for reliable performance in demanding environments.
Birch plywood is a dense hardwood with minimal voids between veneers, providing superior strength, stability, and impact resistance. To enhance durability, the flooring is laminated on both sides.
The top surface features a 1mm thick HPL black laminate with a honeycomb pattern, improving slip resistance for safer loading and unloading. While the surface helps reduce foot slippage, loads such as boxes or crates should still be properly secured during transit. The underside is laminated with 0.35mm black PVC, adding further protection against wear and moisture.
Flooring and Panelling Solutions
Our Fiat Ducato floor panels are CNC‑cut for accuracy and joined using H‑shaped aluminium extrusions, creating a strong, seamless floor installation. The design allows access to factory anchor points and mechanical service points where applicable.
High‑wear zones, including door steps and rear edges, are protected with U‑shaped edge extrusions, reducing chipping and extending the life of the flooring in high‑traffic areas.
For wall and roof protection, we use 7mm polypropylene plastic panels with a honeycomb core. These panels offer excellent impact resistance while remaining flexible enough to suit the curved walls and ceiling of the Fiat Ducato. Finished in black, the panels provide a clean, professional, and uniform appearance throughout the load space.
Ordering & Installation
We offer flexible ordering options, allowing you to select only the components you need, such as partial wall protection or full coverage. All products are supplied flat‑packed with clear DIY installation instructions.
Professional installation is also available at our Auburn workshop in Sydney (additional charges apply).
