Product Quality
Our flooring system is made from high-performance laminated birch plywood, engineered for durability and safety in demanding commercial environments. The plywood is WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) grade, offering excellent moisture resistance and long-term reliability.
Birch plywood is a dense hardwood with minimal voids, ensuring superior strength and structural integrity. For added protection, the board is laminated on both sides:
- Top Surface: 1mm HPL black laminate with a honeycomb anti-slip pattern for improved grip
- Underside: 0.35mm black PVC laminate for enhanced durability and moisture protection
While the anti-slip surface reduces foot slippage, cargo may still shift during transit. Proper load securing is recommended.
Flooring & Paneling Solutions
Our CNC-cut flooring panels are joined using H-shaped aluminium extrusions, creating a secure, seamless surface while allowing access to factory anchor points and service areas where applicable.
To protect high-wear areas such as entry steps and rear edges, U-shaped edge trims are used to prevent chipping and extend product lifespan.
For wall and ceiling protection, we install 7mm polypropylene panels with a honeycomb core. These panels offer:
