Product Quality

Our flooring is manufactured from WBP‑grade laminated birch plywood, engineered for strength, safety, and long‑term durability in commercial environments. The weather‑ and boil‑proof construction delivers excellent resistance to moisture and water, making it suitable for tough working conditions.

Birch plywood is a dense hardwood with minimal internal voids, providing high load‑bearing capability and impact resistance. For added protection, the plywood is laminated on both sides:

• Top surface: 1mm black HPL laminate with a honeycomb texture to improve slip resistance under foot traffic
  (Cargo should still be secured during transit to prevent movement)
• Underside: 0.35mm black PVC laminate for enhanced durability and moisture protection

Flooring & Paneling Solutions

CNC‑cut flooring components are joined using H‑shaped aluminium extrusions, creating a seamless and robust surface. The design allows for factory anchor points and mechanical service access where applicable.

High‑wear areas such as step sections and rear edges are reinforced with U‑shaped extrusions to reduce chipping and long‑term damage.

For wall and ceiling protection, 7mm polypropylene panels with a honeycomb core are used. These panels offer excellent impact resistance while remaining flexible enough to follow curved surfaces, delivering a clean, uniform black finish throughout the cargo area.

Ordering & Installation

Flexible ordering options allow you to select only the lining components you require, whether that’s flooring, lower wall protection, or full coverage. All products are supplied flat‑packed with clear DIY installation instructions.

Professional installation is also available at our Auburn, Sydney workshop (additional charges apply).

• Flooring must be installed using silicone adhesive to prevent movement
• Wall and ceiling panels can be fitted with silicone or rivets if required
• All panels include pre‑drilled 5mm holes for easy installation

Full floor, wall, and ceiling coverage is recommended for transporting heavy or bulky items, providing maximum protection and durability. For lighter use, options such as lower wall panels effectively protect high‑impact zones.
