Product Quality

Our flooring is made from high-performance laminated birch plywood, designed for durability and safety in your Toyota HiAce. The plywood is WBP-grade (Weather and Boil Proof), providing excellent resistance to moisture and water for long-term reliability.

Birch is a dense hardwood with minimal gaps between veneers, ensuring strength and resilience—making it ideal for commercial van flooring.

For added protection, the plywood is laminated on both sides:

• Top Surface: 1mm thick black HPL laminate with a honeycomb pattern to improve slip resistance. While it helps reduce foot slippage, cargo should still be secured during transit.
• Underside: 0.35mm black PVC laminate for enhanced durability and protection.

Flooring and Paneling Solutions

Our flooring system uses H-shaped extrusions to securely connect CNC-cut plywood sections, creating a seamless, durable floor tailored to the Toyota HiAce H300 LWB (Single Sliding Door).

The design allows access to anchor points and service openings where required. To protect high-wear areas such as rear edges and step sections, U-shaped extrusions are used to prevent chipping and extend the life of the flooring.

For wall and roof paneling, we use 7mm polypropylene plastic panels with a honeycomb core. These panels are lightweight, impact-resistant, and flexible—ideal for the curved interior of the HiAce. Finished in black, they provide a clean, professional look.
