Upgrade your LDV Deliver 9 LWB High Roof with a heavy-duty van flooring and wall panel kit designed for commercial cargo protection. This product is made for the LDV Deliver 9 L3H3 LWB High Roof, SV63 model, single sliding door passenger side, 2019 to present.

Before purchasing, please check that your vehicle matches the correct wheelbase, roof height and sliding door layout. This kit is designed for the LWB High Roof single sliding door variant and may not suit MWB, Mid Roof, dual sliding door or other LDV Deliver 9 configurations.

Heavy-Duty Van Flooring

The van flooring is made from 12.5mm WBP-grade laminated birch plywood, designed for strength, durability and daily commercial use. Birch plywood provides a strong cargo floor base with minimal gaps between veneers, helping improve stability and long-term performance.

The top surface is finished with a 1mm black HPL laminate with a honeycomb pattern. This provides a durable working surface for loading tools, equipment, freight and general cargo. The underside is laminated with 0.35mm black PVC for additional protection.

This flooring solution helps protect the original cargo floor from scratches, dents, scuffs and impact damage caused by everyday loading and unloading.

H-Extrusion and Aluminium Edge Protection

The flooring sections are CNC-cut to suit the LDV Deliver 9 cargo area and are joined using H-shaped extrusion for a clean and secure finish. The design allows for anchor points and mechanical service access where applicable.

Aluminium U-shaped extrusion is used around high-use areas such as steps, exposed floor edges and rear loading points. This helps protect the flooring edges from chipping, wear and repeated cargo impact.

Durable Wall and Roof Panels

Optional wall and roof panels are made from 7mm polypropylene plastic flight sheet panels. These panels are designed to protect the factory metal walls from dents, scratches and cargo impact while keeping the van interior clean and professional.

The black wall panel finish gives the cargo area a uniform appearance and is suitable for trade vehicles, delivery vans, rental fleets and commercial operators who need reliable interior protection.

Available Kit Options

This LDV Deliver 9 van lining kit allows you to select the components you need. Options may include van flooring, upper wall panels, lower wall panels, roof panels and rear door panels depending on the selected configuration.

Customers can order flooring only, wall panels only, or a more complete van lining package for stronger cargo area protection.

Ordering and Installation

Our van lining kits are designed for practical installation and commercial use. Installation service is also available at Sydney Van Lining’s Auburn location at an additional cost.

For installation bookings, the vehicle must be dropped off at our workshop. Installation time may vary depending on the selected kit components and vehicle condition.
